Welcome to Kicks & Beats Dance!

Thank you for choosing Kicks & Beats Dance for your child's dance education. We are excited to have you join us! To ensure a smooth experience for all, please read through our Terms & Conditions carefully before completing your registration. By enrolling, you agree to abide by the following guidelines.

1. Class Cancellations

In the event that a class is cancelled by the instructor (e.g. due to illness, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances), we will aim to provide a make-up session where possible. If a make-up session is not feasible, a credit will be applied to your account to be used against future payments.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or credits for non-attendance or missed classes due to personal reasons, including holidays or illness.

2. Liability

• Kicks & Beats Dance and its staff are not responsible for any loss, damages
• or injury that occurs during any sessions.

3. Behavior Policy

• We strive to create a positive and supportive environment for all participants. If any participant is found to be bullying, misbehaving, or causing disruption to others, they may be removed from the session without a refund.

4. Medical Information

• It is essential to declare any medical conditions at the time of registration. Please notify us immediately of any changes by emailing infokicksandbeats@gmail.com

5. Photography Consent

• We may take photographs or video footage during classes for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to be photographed or included in promotional materials, please let us know at the time of registration. You can update this preference at any time by contacting us.

6. Payment & Booking

• Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received. Priority will be given to those with confirmed, paid bookings.
• Payment Terms:

Although our classes run during term time only, fees are charged on a monthly pro-rata basis. This means the total cost for the academic year is divided into equal monthly payments, regardless of the number of sessions in a given month. This ensures a consistent and manageable monthly fee for parents/carers throughout the year.

Additional Class Charges (Before Subscription Start)

If a student attends any classes before their monthly subscription begins (e.g., if payment is set to start on the 1st of the month but the student attends classes prior to this date), the cost of those sessions will be added as a one-time additional charge. This ensures all attended classes are covered fairly and accurately

7. Health & Illness

• If your child has been unwell within 48 hours of a session, we kindly ask that they do not attend class for the safety of others.

8. Missed Sessions

• Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for missed sessions, regardless of the reason. However, we encourage you to contact us if there are any extenuating circumstances.

9. Venue-related Cancellations

• In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen venue-related issues (e.g., maintenance or venue closure), we will either offer a make-up session or provide a full refund for that class.

Registration Confirmation

To complete the registration process, please ensure that you submit your completed form and payment. Upon receipt, your booking will be confirmed.
